Campaign runs from Sept 15 to Nov 29, 2025.
This Campaign is open to Malaysians or permanent residents of Malaysia who are at least 18 years of age, use Basku chatbot (+6010-4426756) and Rapid Penang bus during the Campaign Period.
By using Basku chatbot through WhatsApp (+6010-4426756) during the campaign period, you will be automatically enrolled to this campaign.
All participants consent to the use of photos and information during the campaign for marketing and research purposes.
Each user will get a referral code, and able to invite friends and family with that code.
When the referrals completed their first journey, the referrer (owner of the referral code) will get 1 entry for that week.
Participants are required to use the chatbot to track their bus transit journey during the campaign period, not inclusive of Rapid On Demand (ROD).
Any attempt to disrupt or misuse the chatbot will be considered a breach of rules.
Any fraudulent and invalid data flagged by the system will be treated as a breach of rules.
Failing to adhere to the rules and terms will automatically disqualified from this campaign.

The winner will be announced through official Facebook page and contacted through official WhatsApp number.
Prize can only be claimed physically at Greenetrix office, after verification of the winner's identity on-site.
Failure to contact, breach of rules, or failure to verify identity will automatically disqualified.
Greenetrix will not request any personal information from any participants until they are present physically at the office.

Greenetrix shall not be liable for any default of its obligation under this Campaign due to any force majeure events which include but not limited to acts of God, civil commotion, acts of war, strike, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic, and pandemic or any events and circumstances of whatever nature beyond the reasonable control of Greenetrix.
Greenetrix may disqualify/reject any Eligible Participant who does not comply with the terms and conditions stated herein and/or are found or suspected to be tampering with the Campaign and/or its process or the operations of this Campaign which includes fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to the Campaign.
Greenetrix reserves the right to request for documentation or proof of identification, age, phone number and place of residence of any of the Winners and Greenetrix reserves the right to contact the Winners with regards to Prize giving arrangements.
Greenetrix has the rights to update the terms during the campaign period, from time to time.
